the dvd

  • Q: I downloaded the zip file, but when i try to open it, it says something like, 'file
corrupted' or 'file not of right type'

A: Re download the file, a file transfer error has occurred. For faster downloads,
don't watch the movie while you are downloading it.
  • Q: I downloaded the .zip file now what?
A: Unzip it! use winzip, winrar, or windows' own unzipper. Unzip the movie file

playing it in your favorite player (WMP maybe?)
  • Q: Great now I want to burn the movie onto a dvd...how do I do that?
Ask YOURSELF (not our staff) the following questions:
do I have a dvd BURNER?
do I have DVD recordable media?
have i ever burned a dvd before?

if any of the answers to the above questions are 'no' we suggest you buy the full copy of the DVD. Our support staff is not equipped to give computer lessons on burning movie files onto dvd at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
